Which fingers should I use for each key?
The beginner course teaches standard US QWERTY assignments. Each lesson highlights the expected key, names the finger, and shows its position on a simplified hand guide.
Should I focus on speed or accuracy first?
Accuracy comes first. Early lessons emphasize correct finger placement and steady movement; speed becomes a secondary measure during Practice and Apply stages.
Why are F and J important?
Most standard keyboards mark F and J with raised bars or bumps. They help your index fingers find the home row without looking down.
Can I use the typing lessons on a phone?
Yes, but finger-placement training works best with a physical US QWERTY keyboard. The mobile interface remains available and explains this limitation.
Does WordsFlare save my training progress?
