WPM stays visible as context, but a fast inaccurate run does not earn a stronger result. Corrections and unfixed errors remain separate so the report reflects how cleanly the text was produced.
Why weak-key practice needs evidence
One mistake is not a reliable pattern. The Weak-Key Control lesson personalizes only when a physical key has enough local observations; otherwise it says so and supplies balanced keyboard practice.
Accuracy Training FAQ
Should I focus on typing accuracy or speed first?
Build clean, controlled typing first. When your recent accuracy is stable, Speed Training can add personal pace ranges without replacing accuracy as the main safeguard.
Does Backspace count against my accuracy?
Backspace remains available. WordsFlare records corrected errors separately, so a clean final line with several corrections is still described honestly.
How does WordsFlare choose weak keys?
WordsFlare combines supported physical-key aggregates from local typing, guided training, the latest assessment, and Accuracy Training. A key needs at least 12 observations before it can be recommended.
What accuracy should I aim for?
Accuracy lessons show a 97% target. A lower result is not a failure; it is a signal to repeat the drill at a calmer pace.
Does accuracy training change my assessment score?
No. An assessment is a historical snapshot. Accuracy Training stores separate ongoing practice progress and never rewrites an earlier Skill Profile.
